In place of ice cream you can always try frozen yogurts and sorbets which are often just as flavorful and delicious. Most beneficial of all, try swapping out sugary carbonated drinks for water with a slice of lemon. This one change in particular can help you drop pounds rapidly if you have long been a big soda drinker.
