Right before I had my first daughter, I saw an online ad about Pampers coupons. I didn’t realize that it would be something critical to me, so I just forgot it at the time. Then I realized just why I needed them: I saw the diapers, piled high, little stacks of cash filled with my child’s “gifts.” How much did they cost, I wondered, and so I began to calculate the numbers and came up to a number far higher than I imagined.
I searched everywhere for that ad again, for those coupons, just so I could make keeping my girl in soft, comfortable, clean diapers just a bit more affordable for her young mom and dad. I finally found them, and then I printed them out, and gave them happily over to the checkout when I bought my next stash of Pampers. Even though the stash was gone in no time, I felt like I had accomplished something: I could keep my baby’s bottom smooth with high quality diapers, but manage to save money.
I got hooked to it, as luck would have it! Without my Pampers coupons, I couldn’t even get a case of diapers. With my savings, I even managed to buy myself a little treat at the end of the year. It was a weight off my back to know that I had kept a little bit of money in my wallet each time, a bit like taking a small part of the heavy duties of a new parents off my shoulders.
So, what will it cost you? Nothing but a little time - a few moments that can go a long way to keeping you out of the red. With how costly it is to be a parent these days, something I’ve learned is that every penny counts. Those few cents - or nickles or dimes or dollars - can find their way into that holiday plan you’ve been working on, or into your child’s college fund.
Just think back to what those Pampers coupons did for me. It helped me out so much to know I was doing my part to keep the money in order, and to make sure my little daughter was as clean and fresh as she possibly could be: it was my job, after all, as her father - and those Pampers coupons helped more than I could have ever thought.
