Can You Believe Wrinkle Cream Reviews?
August 24th, 2008 by Kyle Richey
It is an easy thing to wish for, that there was some miracle wrinkle cream that we could smooth onto our face that did what we thought it would; take those nasty wrinkles from our faces and give us lovely, gloriously firm and smooth skin. Unfortunately that is not the case. This rarely ever happens, at least the first times and those skin wrinkle cream reviews are not always true, no matter how convincing they may be.
Like everyone else, you may be wondering how you can know what to believe. You can’t trust what the package says or what the glossy magazine ad says is true, so how do you know the difference between fact and fiction?
Think about credibility. Ask yourself what the person who posted those wrinkle cream reviews had to gain from the situation. Is it a regular person or a writer? Is it a company worker or just an avid user? Did they use it themselves, and do they have proof of the results?
Sometimes you can believe those who work for magazines much more than you can those that are simply reported in an ad for that cream, many of which are doctored or slanted in such a way that makes them sound better than they are. There are some magazines that just want to present honest wrinkle cream reviews and do test several brands to see what results they’ll yield, so it’s not as if all of them are pure lies.
You also need to ask yourself just who they used as testers for those wrinkle cream reviews. If the women that tested the products were all 22 and have never had a wrinkle in their life, how can you get an honest opinion of whether or not they actually work? That’s like asking some skinny person to test a new diet.
If you can see who was actually tested and get reliable before and after results, you can have a little more faith in the products. They cannot claim that photos are real that are not real; take a close look and keep in mind that commercials are show business. Makeup is always used for commercials, so keep these things in mind when deciding what reviews can be trusted.
One thing to keep in mind is that common sense is of the essence when looking at wrinkle cream reviews. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is and that is the truth. Do you really think that any wrinkle cream out there can make you look a decade younger in a matter of hours? That doesn’t even sound right, if you really think about it.
Most creams can give your face a smoother appearance and even out the tone and texture somewhat, but even the best cream in the world is going to be limited as to what it can for your skin and your face.
If you read something about wrinkle creams that seems too good to be true, it probably is. You need to be realistic about what wrinkle creams are and are not able to do. In this way, you won’t be disappointed.
Some wrinkle cream reviews can be believed and some creams can improve your appearance and skin tone but you have to remember that the important thing is caring for your skin overall. You need to be realistic about what you might read in wrinkle cream reviews before you spend a hundred dollars on something that does nothing for you, even with that celebrity photo on the label trying to convince you otherwise.
