Extramarital Affair Meeting Place - How do I guess?

July 27th, 2008 by Sally Webb

by Sally Webb

Knowing your partner is having extramarital affair with some other woman is devastating - but how do you find out some of the clues you need about it?

How do you find out exactly what he is doing behind your back…and with who is he doing it?

Before we go on there is one point to remember, the woman he may be cheating with has the role of the third party - and she is not necessarily better than you in any way. He is just using her as an ‘escape’ to the problem he is having in your marriage - HIS problem.

It is up to you whether or not you want to find out about his extramarital affair - but remember that this is your choice for your peace of mind.

1. The Other Woman

Ok, this is something that can lead to other clues - hence I put this first. After all, once you have a clearer suspicion on who he is having the extramarital affair with, you have a better guess at the other points that follow e.g. where and when he is meeting her.

This is how you would find out.

You can put down few names that he has mentioned recently (especially female names). There will only be a few - and no doubt he has mentioned these names in conversation before. At the start of the affair, he wouldn’t have covered it up in any way - as normally affair is unplanned.

The third party more often than not has things in common with the cheating spouse - enough to get him into infatuation.

Tips: It is good if you are calm and act ‘dumb’ - so that he doesn’t know you are suspecting anything. This will definitely make him make more mistakes such as saying her name even more times than he should - bring her into conversations even more.

2. What are they doing?

There must be things that they do - that you don’t normally do with your spouse - the things that they have in common. Of course, as it is an extramarital affair there would be some physical intimacy involved some other times too.

Example of the activities can be sport, skateboarding, skiing, the gym etc.

3. Where is it?

You should know him well enough to know what he enjoys doing. You should be able to guess where those activities take place easily. For example, you should know where he can do horse riding or motorbiking around your area - with the other woman. Also, don’t be surprised if he meets her in your own area - very close to you as it is somewhere you wouldn’t have suspected.

Places around his workplace can also be good for meeting during lunch time and after work.

4. When they are doing it?

This relates to number 3. I am sure you wonder how he can ever meet his other woman in YOUR place… huh?

Well, just as you know him, he also knows your schedule. If he normally is oblivious and doesn’t really care about what you do, now he would. He also has a good idea on which ones of your plan you would carry out.

For example, if you take a sick leave on Monday - and you have been whining that you don’t have enough sick leave left, he knows you will be away on Tuesday or Wednesday. Another example: If he knows you are attending your best friend’s birthday party he knows you cannot get out of it.

With specific pockets designed for cell phones, cards, items that need to be secured, and 6 other interior pockets, the Buxton Handbag will surely keep your items organized.

Glance at the bag that you currently use. How much can you actually fit in your handbag? Can you reach that credit card that is dwelling within the depths of your bag? What about that phone number you recently acquired yesterday? How often to you have to dump everything out to reach your keys?

One of my friends, Jasmine, was flabbergasted when I showed her my Buxton Shoulder Handbag. I showed her how many items that I kept in it and how easily I could retrieve them. She also liked how my Black Buxton Bag looked. I even showed her how the expandable zipper allowed me to put my water bottle in there with ease.

One thing that the Buxton Shoulder Handbag doesn’t do is sacrifice looks. The Buxton Bag comes in Black, Tan, or Red leather. This is Buxton genuine leather too, so rest assured that it is quality. If you are looking for a handbag with both purpose and looks then look no farther.

I admit, I thought that this Buxton Organizer Bag was just another marketing hype. However, for some reason, I decided to order one myself and try it out. Struggling To Have A Baby? Get This FREE Fertility Tip Now

July 26th, 2008 by Eddy K Elgin

by Elgin Stewart

There are plenty of ways for infertility treatment. Some may have used the expensive in-vitro fertilization procedures. Some got their sperm from sperm donation banks, some are using other medications to treat infertility. There is one method you can used to get a baby instantly without pain and needles. Have you consider adopting a baby? I have some tips for you.

I have to confess, it is not the usual infertility treatment procedure that you are familiar with. However, it does give an answer for you as a couple to have kids, which may be the last attempt to have kids. Having kids this manner is rather destiny for couple to start a family fast.

You have to consider some factors when attempting this method:

It is Not Painless

Adopting a child, there is not pain. As there is not need for any needles and medications that the usual infertility treatment has. Also, you have to handle some emotional acceptance and drain of coming to this life-changing decision.

It is Not Cheap

Your insurance company may not cover your infertility treatment, which may leads to huge medical expenses. Also, the costs associated with an adoption are not easily to predict that it may include extensive paperwork, traveling expenses and not forgetting stocking up of babies food and other supplies.

It is Not Simple

It can be quite tough to include the adopted child culture and traditions especially they are different from yours. The child heritage holidays, names, food and clothings are areas you have to think about if you are thinking of preserving the baby’s heritage.

There Is No Guaranteed You Can Adopt A Child

Adopting a child is not a guaranteed form of having kids similar to infertility treatment. Once the child has an disability, you may change your mind to adopting him or her, so there may be some other factors that you can’t handle.

Also, you may have difficulty trying to convince yourself, your other kids and fellow family members on the notion of adoption. However, once they know you have been trying to have a baby due to a series of infertility treatment, they might accept your decision. They may even warned you that you may face challenges that this adopted child to fit in with other siblings and grandparents.

You Are Being Rewarded

With all the pros and cons weighing and the realities of adoption accepted, it can be an immensely satisfying experience for families who choose to go ahead with adoption. The happiness of giving a child a home is not measurable by money. Furthermore, more pregnancy cases are reported for couples who adopted child as though it is their own. This is not a miracle, but because their mind, body and soul were more at peace.

Male Breast Cancer Statistics

July 26th, 2008 by Roselyn Capen

by Roselyn Capen

Men have underdeveloped breast tissues which puts them at a risk of developing breast cancer. Even though male breast cancer is not very common, and females are hundred times more vulnerable to breast cancer, one in hundred breast cancer cases occur in men.

When a man has risk factors for male breast cancer, the breast tissues may start developing cancer cells, and he may get breast cancer. There is no age requisite for male breast cancer to occur, however, men between 60 years to 70 years of age are most vulnerable. Exposure to radiation is a common male breast cancer risk factor. Also, the risk goes high if there is a family history of breast cancer. Men with Klinefelter’s disease and cirrhosis have high risks too. Klinefelter’s is when a man abnormally has two X chromosomes instead of one. Cirrhosis comes with high levels of estrogen, which is a big male breast cancer risk factor. Also, men with weight and alcohol problems are more prone to developing breast cancer.

About 30% cases of male breast cancer are due to heredity, compared to just 5% to 10% in females. Breast cancer genes - BRCA1 and BRCA2 can increase the risk of men developing breast cancer, if the genes show defects or mutation. Genetic mutation is usually not inherited, and is acquired during the course of your life. Radiation therapies or operations may be one cause for these mutations.

Just as in females, the presence of a lump is a symptom for male breast cancer. It is often painless, and may be occur along with increasing thickness of breasts. The breast skin may appear pitted and show the peau d’orange syndrome. Changes in the nipple, fluid discharge from nipples, inverted nipples, redness around the nipples, and change in the breast skin texture are all symptoms of male breast cancer.

Getting regular breast examinations is as important is men as it is for females. For diagnosis, biopsy is recommended, even though mammography and ultrasounds work great because men don’t have as dense tissues as females do, which makes detection of lumps easier. If the diagnosis is positive, getting the breast tissue tested for traces of estrogen and progesterone hormones is a good idea, since these hormones are known to promote cancer growth, and can be medically exterminated.

Men can have non-invasive or in situ cancers, which have not spread outside the breast area, or invasive tumors that can spread out. Removal of lump in non invasive cancers - which is usually the first stage of cancer - is recommended. Invasive cancers vary from Stage I to Stage IV, depending upon how advanced the cancer is. Stage I cancers almost always get treated. Mortality rate keeps going higher, depending upon the stage. By Stage IV, the cancer becomes metastatic and spreads to body organs.

Treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy and hormonal therapy are adopted to control cancer growth in the last stage, when total cure becomes difficult. For all other stages, treating male breast cancer is hardly different from treating female breast cancer.

A healthy lifestyle throughout your life, with minimal alcohol intake increases your chances of survival ten folds. Early detection is also pivotal to high survival rates. Telling your closest friends and family members is necessary. If you try to hide your disease, even from your children, you will take undue stress up on yourself. It is also important to maintain a healthy lifestyle with adequate rest during your treatment, and it is never a shame to ask friends or family for any sort of help or support that you might need. Your cancer is curable.

Choices For a Non-surgical Face Lift

July 25th, 2008 by Zeriva Richards

by Ian Richards

People who are looking to retain their youthful looks normally think about having painful surgery, yet there are a number of non-surgical face lift therapies that can be just as effective and will usually cost a lot less with little or no recovery time involved. For those who wish to avoid chemicals and injections, yet still want a youthful looking face, there is a method for a natural face lift.

A surgical face lift costs, on average, 3,000/$6000 for just the procedure, there are usually more ancillary costs to be taken into account as well. You will need a fairly long time to recover from the operation and, as with any surgical procedure, there are risks involved. This is why many people explore the non-surgical face lifting route first. Although the non-surgical face lift is normally less invasive than surgery, they usually do not last as long, except for facial exercises which will last as long as you keep doing them. However, for those who have minor skin blemishes, the non-surgical route can also help to remove or at least, modify any imperfections, depending on the procedure that is chosen. The non-surgical face lift is available in a variety of very different methods, some more invasive than others. Those require injections are not risk free and the long term effects have yet to be seen. The costs involved will depend on the method chosen and how much needs to be done.

Botox is the one everybody has heard of and it has been chosen by many millions of men and women worldwide. It is injected into certain muscles which then relax or get paralysed and so smooth out any lines in the skin. Because the muscles are paralysed, they cannot move and so cannot produce wrinkles. It has been cleared for cosmetic use in 2002 so any long term effects are not known. Injections cost around 100/$200 per shot so the total cost will depend on how many you want or require. It is quick and effective, the initial swelling normally goes down after an hour or so. The effects can last anywhere from three to six months and sometimes longer, depending on the individual. Anybody taking anti- biotics should wait until they have finished the course before using this procedure.

Almost as popular is the Collagen injections which are also know as fillers. Collagen is a natural part of the skin but there are other fillers available, some natural some synthetic. Your cosmetic surgeon will help you pick the one that most suits your needs. This is injected under the skin which then smoothes out your wrinkles. Some have it injected into their lips for that full pouting look. Although there will be some initial redness and puffiness, it will soon subside, leaving a smooth young looking skin. The costs will depend on the type of product you use and the number of injections required. Over time, the fillers will get absorbed back into the body so you will have to repeat the procedure at least every six months.

The last of the major non-surgical lifting techniques is one that removes layers of skin. There are several different methods, ’sand blasting’ with diamond powder, called microdermabrasion, burning with laser light, and applying a chemical peel. These all work well in removing the first few layers that will contain a lot of the lines on the face, making the skin younger and glowing with health. These treatments, which cost from 75/$150 to over 1000/$2000, can last a year or more. For those with deeper lines and wrinkles, there is dermabrasion, some may argue that this is in fact a surgical procedure as a general anaesthetic is involved and there can be a lengthy recovery time. This removes the layers of skin to a lot deeper level so the effect is longer lasting.

You will also find a wide variety of face lift creams on the market that are said to reduce the signs of ageing. Each has it’s own particular formula that will work on your skin. There is no right one, only the one that works best for your particular type of skin. You may have to try a couple before you find the one you are completely satisfied with.

When it comes to the safest, cheapest and probably most longest lasting type of non-surgical face lift, you cannot beat a set of well designed facial exercises. The key here is well designed as there many different facial exercises around and some may even increase your wrinkles. Ideally look for those that are isometric as they really improve the muscle and skin tone of your face. There is a misconception that they take a long time to do. Not really so. The first stage may require some time and effort but after a couple of weeks you only need a couple of minutes per day and that can be dome when you apply your skin cream. This natural face lift method can also be beneficial both pre and post operation if you are determined to have some other form of lifting as it gets your face into better shape for any further work.

Which ever method of non-surgical face lift you chose, make sure that you talk to your doctor first, just to be on the safe side. Always chose a reputable cosmetic surgery practice, one that is a member of a good association before taking the final step. A personal reccomendation is often the best way to find a good one.

Are You Worried About Hair Loss Transplants?

July 25th, 2008 by fatimah edris

by Hazel Hughes

A lot of people who think of having hair loss transplants question if the process is painful. Often people have tender scalps and the thought of someone making cuts there appears hard to think about for these people. There is discrepancy as to whether hair transplant pain existed, though.

Some have described hair loss transplants as if you are visiting your dentist. It does not come along like an implication of something that is unpainful. Therefore you have to be ready that the experience will not be a relaxing one. A handful of them feel that hair transplant pain does exist.

Before you anticipate the pain, imagine that you are having your tooth extracted. Anyone who has had a tooth pulled experiences if the tooth is numbed the right way, it is not the tooth-pulling that aches. The pain is felt when the needle goes in with medication to numb the tooth. So the injections of the local anesthetic into the scalp prior to the surgeries are decidedly painful to a certain extent.

If we follow the dental analogy, of course after the numbing wears away there is going to be some degree of pain where the tooth was before. With hair loss transplants, you are also going to experience hair transplant pain after the surgery. You may also have swelling which is normal after hair loss transplants. Due to this it can even keep you away from work and your skull may feel really unusual for a couple of weeks.

Nevertheless, the pain of hair loss transplants cannot in reality be compared to a tooth extraction. The pain is definitely less sharp and some do not even feel it as pain at all. Many people merely find it as an uncomfortable feeling. If they do feel any pain, it is of a level that can be taken care of with a few doses of Tylenol.

However, there are people who have had hair transplant procedures done, oftentimes watch television or read magazines, being awake and alert the whole time. They say they do not feel that there is any pain involved at all. They brave the injections of the local anesthetic well. They are not daunted the least bit by the process.

Why hair transplants surgery in earlier times is more painful than it is now? This is because more cutting to take out the donor hair and more cutting to insert the donor hair into the recipient site especially when bigger parts of scalp were excised.

Hair transplants surgery used to be a very painful operation in the past. This is one ground why you had better ask many questions as you look for a hair loss transplant surgeon. Not few doctors today have eased up up on older methods.

At once, the surgery is minimally encroaching, so that the scalp is no more disturbed than is necessary. Newest know-hows for hair loss transplants use only the follicular unit and not a large measure of surrounding tissue for the presenter grafts and therefore the amount of pain experienced is cut down considerably.

Finally, having a hair loss transplants with an experienced and skilled surgeon is an important key to having a more pain-free surgery. A doctor who recognizes the best way to do the procedure will cause you less pain and produce a better result for you into the bargain.

Utilizing Acne Skin Care So It Works

July 24th, 2008 by James Redder

by James Redder

Acne skin care is important for those suffering from this malady. Especially when you take into account the psychological harm that acne causes. Even with that situation it doesn’t mean it’s something that cannot be tackled. Having acne skin issues affects people around the world so to find a cure with scientific research is fierce; the result of this effort is new, more effective, treatments are becoming available. Acne skin care products all fall into one of three main categories:

Drugstore or Internet: Acne preventing treatments

Over-the-counter

Prescription: Doctor and/or Dermatologist, prescribes an ointment or specialist cream

Probably the largest part of the skin care market is products that are designed to protect and clean the skin, like skin cleansers. In the real sense, these products are just those that should be part of your daily routine.

More specialized cleaners are designed in the same way as acne skin care products; they clean out the pores to help stop sebum or oil which clogs up the pores. They are effective in reducing the amount of oil that stays in the pores assisting harmful bacteria growth which can ultimately lead to acne skin conditions.

Easily obtainable in any drug store are similar skin care products that can assist in exfoliating the skin. Dead skin cells and other atmospheric pollutants are removed cleaning the pores which reduce the chance of any bacterial growth.

There are specialized acne skin care products available over-the-counter, they do not require the need of a prescription. Benzoyl peroxide works to remove the pore clogging oil in products that contain it as an active ingredient; these include cleansers, peels and creams that can potentially minimize acne formation.

Studies would indicate that to get the maximum benefit from this type of product you should make sure the benzoyl peroxide content is 5 1/2 percent for starters, just to see how the skin takes it. If that causes an adverse reaction then there are similar acting products that contain Alpha Hydroxy acid. You should expect to try more then one type of product if you take into account the fact that we all have different skin types. If you can’t seem to find something that works then don’t hesitate to see your skin care specialist or doctor.

In the case where you need to consult your skin care specialist or doctor they may prescribe a special ointment or antibiotics. In some case your doctor may suggest the pustules are drained of harmful contents under local anesthetic, this is a minor procedure which if carried out by yourself could result in skin damage.

In Closing

Hormone treatment might be suggested as hormone changes can lead to acne. In a large number of cases this type of skin care treatment has been effective. The rewards of scientific research is bearing fruit and even though the condition is not yet curable, it is becoming easier to deal with.

Anti Ageing Skin Cream, Is It Worth The Money ?

July 24th, 2008 by Ian Richards

by Ian Richards

Women, and even men of a certain age are constantly looking for a magic bullet when it comes to anti ageing skin care. In fact, women in the UK are spending around 100 million per year, trying to look younger using anti aging cream as a non surgical facelift. The real problem is, that by the time they become of a certain age, they are always playing catch up. You have to start when you are young. Are you listening teenagers and twentysomethings?

The sun, although beneficial to health, is one of the biggest causes of skin ageing. People tend to be quite good at putting on high factor sun screen when they are on the beach but this is not the full story. When the sky is blue, you are mainly protecting yourself from the UV-A rays but it is when the sky is cloudy that the damage is done because the clouds filter out the UV-A rays but cannot filter the UV-B rays which are the real villains and are a major cause for skin ageing. You will realise that these are affecting you every time you go out doors every day of the year.

UV-B is hitting you as you walk from your house to the station, from the station to work and back again. It is there when you go for your lunch. This means that your first weapon to anti aging is sun blocker, all the time. Use it on your face hands and neck at all times possibly as a substitute for moisturiser cream.

When it comes to anti ageing skin care, there have been many creams and potions that have been advertised by people in white coats in a laboratory to suggest that science can’t be wrong and that this particular cream or that lotion can act as a non surgical facelift and will magically take years off your face, but can you really trust the hype?

Remember, these are only advertisements and they are designed to make you buy the product. The reality is that a lot of special ingredients are really chemicals that have been around for years and have only just been started to be put into face creams. One good thing is that because they are not new, the chances of any problems happening are kept to a minimum.

For example, one ingredient, Retinol, is another name for vitamin A. It is used as a skin preparation but in order to be effective it has to be used at quite a high strength and can only be obtained with a doctors prescription. The level of Retinol found in over the counter skin cream will have little or no effect although, as with all these preparations, individuals may derive some benefit through using them. You may well be better off spending your money on foods rich in vitamin A, such as leafy vegetables, certain fruit or liver.

Time is the enemy of any anti ageing skin preparation and it is difficult to know the age of the jar you are buying as, unlike food, there is no date printed on the packaging. As soon as these preparations are manufactures, they start to degrade. Air and moisture will attack them, making them less effective and this process becomes accelerated, once you have opened it, so always follow the instructions on how to store them.

Given that most of these preparations tend to be quite expensive and there is often not a lot in the jar, you may wish to consider making your own. The base can be an inexpensive moisturising cream which helps to take the other ingredients into the skin. There are many different recipes for anti ageing skin cream available and it shouldn’t be too difficult to find the other constituents. When preparing your skin cream, you have to be very hygienic in all you do. Only prepare small amounts of the cream to ensure it remains fresh. As different preparations work on different types of skin you will probably have to do some experimentation until you find the one that is just right for you. When you do find the right combination, you will not only have great looking skin but you will have saved yourself a considerable amount of money.
